However, the True Carbon Inner introduces a newly engineered hybrid aramid carbon layer that fully wraps around the inner core rather than sitting just beneath the outer plies. A softer touch and enhanced control compared to the Original True Carbon, with only a slight reduction in speed — making it a superb choice for strategic, modern all-round offensive play. 7-ply construction featuring a kiri core (center layer), hybrid aramid carbon in the 3rd and 5th layers, ayous in the 2nd and 6th, and koto as the outer plies (1st and 7th).
